**In Loving Memory of Anthony “Butch”DeMauro**
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony “Butch” DeMauro, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. He left this world on March 10,2025 and entered into God’s Kingdom, peacefully and surrounded by the endless love of his family. He is leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love, and selfless generosity that touched all who knew him.
Butch was a God loving man whose life was dedicated to helping others. Whether it was lending a hand to a friend in need, offering wise counsel, or providing unwavering support to his family, his acts of kindness were endless. He never hesitated to share his time, energy, or love with anyone who needed it. His generosity and willingness to give never went unnoticed, and his impact on the lives of those around him will never be forgotten. Anthony was a proud founding Charter Member of Liberty Kiwanis of Brooklyn, His legacy will continue on to help Children and Families in need.
At long last, he is reunited with his beloved wife, Katie, whom he cherished beyond words and has so deeply missed. Their bond was unbreakable in life, and now, he finds peace by her side once more. As a devoted father to his daughters JoAnn and Lucy and his sons Robert, Mark, and Thomas, his love for them was immeasurable. He took great pride in their joy and accomplishments, always finding his greatest happiness in the family he built. His role as a father and grandfather brought him endless fulfillment, and he was forever doting over his grandchildren—Frankie, Thomas, Mark, Destiny, Sophia, and Olivia—who were the light of his life. His nurturing spirit, infectious laughter, and the warmth of his presence will remain in our hearts forever.
While we mourn the loss of Butch, his family finds peace in witnessing the countless lives he touched with his kindness, compassion, and enduring love. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his spirit will continue to inspire us to be better, kinder, and lead with a loving heart.
Until we meet again, we love you FOREVERMOST
